LEADER: Tonight, we come together to reflect on what it truly means to be a Frontier Girl. Each of us is on a journey—one filled with learning, service, adventure, and growth. But what makes a Frontier Girl special? It’s not just the badges we earn or the activities we do; it’s the values we carry in our hearts and the way we live them every day.”
“To help us remember these values, we will use the words ‘Frontier Girls’ as an acrostic. Each letter represents a quality that defines who we are and what we strive to be. As we share these words, let’s think about how we can embody them in our daily lives and in the way we support one another
Girl #1: F – Faithful
“As Frontier Girls, we are faithful—to our God, our families, our friends, and our country. We stand by our beliefs and remain true to our values, even when faced with challenges.”
Girl #2: R – Responsible
“We take responsibility for our actions, our commitments, and the world around us. Whether it’s caring for the environment, completing a badge, or helping a friend, we strive to be dependable and accountable.”
Girl #3: O – Open-Minded
“A Frontier Girl is always ready to learn and grow. We listen with open hearts and minds, respecting different perspectives and embracing new ideas.”
Girl #4: N – Noble
“We hold ourselves to a high standard, living with honesty, integrity, and kindness. A noble spirit guides us to always do what is right.”
Girl #5: T – Tenacious
“We never give up! A Frontier Girl is strong, determined, and always willing to try again, no matter the obstacles in her way.”
Girl #6: I – Inspiring
“We lead by example, encouraging others to do their best. Whether it’s through service, leadership, or kindness, we strive to make a positive impact.”
Girl #7: E – Enthusiastic
“We approach every adventure with excitement and joy! Whether earning badges, serving our community, or learning something new, we do it with passion and enthusiasm.”
Girl #8: R – Respectful
“We show respect for ourselves, others, and the world around us. Whether in our words, actions, or attitudes, we treat everyone with kindness and dignity.”
Girl #9: G – Giving
“We believe in service. A Frontier Girl gives her time, her talents, and her heart to help others in need.”
Girl #10: I – Independent
“We are strong and capable, learning new skills and growing into confident leaders. We take initiative and embrace challenges with courage.”
Girl #11: R – Resourceful
“A Frontier Girl finds creative solutions and uses what she has to make the world better. She is prepared, adaptable, and always willing to learn.”
Girl #12: L – Loving
“Above all, we are loving. We treat others as we would like to be treated, offering kindness, patience, and compassion in all that we do.”
Girl #13: S – Sisterhood
“Frontier Girls is more than a program—it’s a family. We support and uplift one another, celebrating each other’s successes and standing together through challenges. The friendships we build here last a lifetime.”
LEADER: “Just like the letters in ‘Frontier Girls’ come together to form something meaningful, each of us plays an important role in our troop and our community. Let’s continue to live out these values every day, making the world a better place—one act of kindness, one adventure, and one badge at a time!”
