CURIOSITY UNTAMED LLC
INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, the Terms and Conditions and Limited License Agreement (“TOS”) governing all use of the Website and Content, and is incorporated into the TOS by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the TOS. If this Agreement conflicts with the TOS on a matter addressed here, this Agreement controls; on all other matters, the TOS controls.
Acceptance of Terms. This Agreement applies to any Family/Homeschool Membership, Frontier Girls Family Membership, Frontier Girls Individual Membership, Monthly Family Membership, Quest Family Membership, or Quest Individual Membership. You agree to be bound by this Agreement by accepting the TOS through any of the methods described in the TOS Acceptance of Terms provision. Acceptance of the TOS also constitutes acceptance of this Agreement because it is incorporated into the TOS by reference. If a Participant is a minor, the adult account holder accepting this Agreement represents that they are the Participant’s parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to accept this Agreement in connection with the Membership.
1. Curriculum Use and Group, Club, or Troop Participation Are Different Things. Your Membership grants a license to use the Content, as described in the TOS. Separately, you or a Participant may choose to join or participate in a Group, Club, or Troop that uses the Frontier Girls or Quest Clubs name. Any Group, Club, or Troop that you or a Participant chooses to join is independently operated by its leader or operating organization and is not owned, operated, or controlled by Curiosity Untamed LLC.
2. Independent Operation of Groups, Clubs, and Troops. Curiosity Untamed LLC does not select, screen, train, supervise, or conduct background checks on any Group’s, Club’s, or Troop’s leaders or volunteers and does not control its activities, meeting locations, dues, fundraising, or safety practices. Each Group, Club, or Troop is independently organized and operated by its own leader or operating organization, which is responsible for its operation. Before joining a Group, Club, or Troop, you are responsible for asking its leader or operating organization about the Group’s, Club’s, or Troop’s own safety practices, supervision, and any waiver or consent forms required for participation.
3. No Insurance. Curiosity Untamed LLC does not provide, arrange, or contribute to insurance coverage for any Group’s, Club’s, or Troop’s activities, and has no ability to confirm whether a particular Group, Club, or Troop maintains insurance. You should not assume that any insurance exists unless you have confirmed this directly with the Group’s, Club’s, or Troop’s leader or operating organization, and you should consider your own applicable insurance coverage.
4. Disputes Involving a Group, Club, or Troop. Curiosity Untamed LLC does not manage, monitor, or have access to any Group’s, Club’s, or Troop’s finances, dues, fundraising proceeds, or bank accounts, and has no ability to verify the truth of any allegation regarding the handling of such funds. Disputes between you, a Troop or Club leader, a Participant, another parent or legal guardian, or any other person relating to a Group, Club, or Troop — including disputes over the collection, use, or accounting of dues or fundraising proceeds, or disputes over leadership or membership — are solely between the parties involved. Curiosity Untamed LLC is under no obligation to investigate, mediate, adjudicate, or otherwise resolve any such dispute.
5. No Endorsement. The fact that a Group, Club, or Troop uses the Frontier Girls or Quest Clubs name does not mean Curiosity Untamed LLC has reviewed, endorsed, or approved that Group, Club, or Troop, its leader, or its activities.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement is governed by the law of the State of California and is subject to the mediation and binding arbitration provisions of the TOS.
7. Term. This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the associated Membership Subscription remains active, and terminates automatically upon cancellation or expiration of that Subscription.
8. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force provided the essential terms and conditions for each party remain valid, binding, and enforceable.
