A Note from the Founder – Old Memberships Locked Out
Thank you so much for everyone’s patience as we merged the Curiosity Untamed, Frontier Girls and Quest Clubs websites. While the majority of the merge seems to have gone fairly smoothly, I have discovered one major issue. All active auto-renew memberships purchased on the Frontier Girls website or on the Quest website prior to the summer of 2020 are not connected properly to the new website. While the auto-renew still works and payments are made on time, they do not reconnect back to the Curiosity Untamed website and end up locking members out.
Unfortunately there is no easy fix for this particular problem. If your membership renewal gets processed and you get locked out of the website, please email me at email@example.com and I will manually restore your access. If you would like to avoid being locked out upon renewal each year, I can cancel your current membership and give you a coupon code to purchase a new one at your current price that will connect properly in the future. I am so sorry for all the hassle.
If you find other issues with the new website such as no access, broken or incorrect links, or missing files or information, please email to let me know and I will get them fixed as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for everyone’s patience during this transition.
This week I will be launching a new store. The first time members order badges in our current store has always been a bit confusing since we do not actually have each badge listed in the store, but rather just a single product that you enter the name of the badge in the given field. The new store will have an individual product for each badge we have designed. This has the advantage of allowing customers to actually see the image of the badge they are ordering.
For any badges you need that are not listed in the new store, I have set up a Custom Badge that operates the same as our current badge ordering system. Simply choose Custom Badge and type in the name of the badge you wish to order. If you prefer the old way of ordering, you are also welcome to use the Custom Badge to order all of your badges if you wish.
While the majority of our badges are already in the new store, I am sure we have missed a few. If you can’t find what you are looking for, just use the Custom Badge to order what you need. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know which badges are missing and I will get them added as quickly as possible. I also have quite a lot of “specific” badges we have designed over the years that still need to be added such as a variety of animals, natural wonders, and manmade wonders. I will add these as time allows so that customers know what they look like before ordering.

New Badges Posted
Badge Sale – January 2022
Start preplanning now for our annual badge sale. Each January we put all badges on sale 10% for the entire month of January. This is a great time to stock up on badges you plan to earn. Just keep in mind that we do not accept returns for badges as they are made on demand. If you pre-purchase badges during the sale that you plan to earn, make sure to earn them so they don’t go to waste.
