About Automatic Renewal
Your Frontier Girls Troop Membership is an annual auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each year at the applicable subscription rate unless automatic renewal is canceled.
You can view your subscription and renewal information by going to the Account page and selecting Subscriptions. Automatic renewal may be canceled at any time, but cancellation should be completed at least 72 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next automatic charge. Canceling automatic renewal does not immediately end your membership. Your membership will remain active through the end of the period already purchased.
Renewal is subject to successful payment. If your payment method cannot be processed, your subscription may expire or be terminated in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a Frontier Girls Troop Membership, you understand and agree that:
- You agree to the Group, Club & Troop Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, including the agreements and policies incorporated into them by reference.
- You are purchasing a subscription that provides access to Frontier Girls program materials and a limited license to operate an independently organized Frontier Girls troop. You are not joining or volunteering for Curiosity Untamed LLC or a nonprofit organization.
- Frontier Girls is a program and curriculum offered by Curiosity Untamed LLC. Frontier Girls troops are independently organized and operated and are not branches, chapters, divisions, departments, or agents of Curiosity Untamed LLC. Troop leaders and volunteers are not employees or representatives of Curiosity Untamed LLC.
- Curiosity Untamed LLC does not organize, operate, supervise, or conduct the activities of individual troops and does not select, screen, train, supervise, or conduct background checks on troop leaders or volunteers. Troop leadership is responsible for supervision, leader and volunteer selection, background checks, training, safety procedures, insurance, finances, activities, and compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Frontier Girls program materials are educational and informational resources and are not a substitute for appropriate instruction, adult supervision, professional advice, or recognized safety practices. Activities should be evaluated for the age, abilities, experience, and circumstances of the participants, with appropriate supervision, instruction, equipment, and safety precautions provided as necessary.
